Job Description
Deloitte’s Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) is responsible for building products and platforms that focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through design thinking and advanced technology.
As an Executive – Full Stack Development, you will work with technology specialists, subject matter experts, quality engineers, UX researchers and designers, data scientists, and product managers. The role involves software implementation, application support, web application development, troubleshooting, client onboarding, and system integration.
You will also work with modern development technologies and cloud platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions for clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, application support, or web application development.
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Exposure to React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI is an advantage.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Experience or exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to troubleshoot application and implementation issues.
- Understanding of security and data protection practices.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and testable code.
- Knowledge of Jest, Mocha, or PyTest is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing technical role.
